It was an interesting soundclash between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy on Saturday, September 12, 2020.
The event which was organized by Asaase Radio was dubbed Asaase Sound Clash.
Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale performed snippets of 40 of their popular songs each.
During the clash, Stonebwoy said that Shatta Wale was performing ‘Asorkpor’ tracks instead of Dancehall songs.
”We no reach round 10 you dey play Asorkpor but you claim Dancehall King”, Stonebwoy mocked his colleague.
‘Asorkpor’ is a type of music popular in southern Ghana which has danceable rhythms.
Also, Shatta Wale continuously referred to Stonebwoy as a cripple during the clash.
The ‘Putuu’ hit maker did not look perturbed or react to Shatta Wale.
SM Boss, Shatta Wale, justified his action by stating that everything is included in a sound clash including insults.
