The Christian amateur volleyball club, OKlahoma Premier located in Norman has annonced the death of its player, Ximena Duran.
Duran, a star of the 17 Diamonds team, died unexpectedly in recent days. No cause of death was listed.
A statement from the organization announced the tragic news. “We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Ximena Duran, a player on our 17 Diamonds team,” OK Premier Volleyball wrote. “Ximena was not only a talented player but also an inspiring teammate whose energy, dedication, and love for the game and life touched so many,”
OK Premier extended condolences to the Duran family, as well as her friends, teammates and coaches.

Ximena also played varsity volleyball for Westmoore High School, where she was in her junior year. The class of 2026′ athlete played right hitter (RH) and in her no.6 jersey was a terror on the court.
