A 25 year old woman identified as Shamaiya Hall has been arrested for allegedly stabbing her five young children, killing three, when a child protective services worker made a surprise visit to their home.
The children, who were all elementary school age, were tragically found with knife wounds inside their home in Italy, Texas, prompting the arrest of Shamaiya Hall.
Two other children were flown to the hospital after they were found injured inside the home, cops said.
Child Protective Services confirmed that all five children were siblings
Sources within the CPS say that Hall stabbed her children when the officer arrived at the property unannounced on Friday after suspecting she was having unsupervised visitations with them, reports WFAA.
They were under the guardianship of another relative, who has not been named, after being removed from Hall’s care by the CPS.

Aside from Forney, she has lived in other parts of Texas including Dallas.
She has a twin sister named Troyshaye Mone Hall.
She and Troyshaye have a younger brother.
She has five children, who were living at a residence in Italy, Ellis County, Texas under the guidance of another relative.
