A 23 year old man identified as Timothy Brice have been arrested in connection to the shooting of a man in Cockeysville.
According to charging documents, the incident occurred after a woman had threesome with both the suspect and the victim, Azayn Antrobus, at an apartment in Cockeysville early in the morning on December 7.
The news which was first reported by Foxbaltimore.com indicated that, the woman told investigators that the men began to argue with each other later in the morning.
23-year-old Timothy Brice of Woodstock, Maryland then pulled out a handgun and shot the victim Azayn Antrobus, according to charging documents.
Police say that they tracked down Brice because the woman dialed 911 while she was in a vehicle with Brice, according to court documents.
Court documents indicate that no one spoke directly to the 911 operator; the 911 operator overheard a man and a woman talking about a shooting and believed the woman may have been held captive by the man, according to charging documents.
Police stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Mays Chaple Road and Budleigh Circle in Cockeysville, according to court papers.
That’s when they found Brice, who they say had a 9mm Glock in his waistband.
Online court records show that Brice is being held without bond.

Currently, Timothy Brice faces one charge of first degree murder and one charge of using a firearm while committing a felony, according to charging documents.
