Lindsay Shiver appeared on her social media accounts as a devoted wife and mother, but police in The Bahamas claim she plotted to murder her husband, former college football player Robert Shiver.

At the moment Lindsay Shiver, 36, is currently in custody alongside her lover, Terrance Bethel and an alleged hitman, Farron Newbold, 29.

Currently, he is 28 years old whiles Lindsay is 36 years.

Lindsay Shiver and Terrance Bethel allegedly began their affair while the Shiver family was residing in The Bahamas.

Upon discovering the extramarital relationship, Robert filed for divorce.

How Lindsay Shiver conspired with hitman and lover to murder husband

On July 16, 2023, Bahamian police were investigating a break-in at Grabber’s Bar and Grill in Guana Cay, Exuma, Bahamas when they discovered another crime.

They found WhatsApp messages on a suspect’s phone detailing a plot crafted by Lindsay, Bethel and Faron Newbold Jr., 29, of the Bahamas to kill Robert but they did not reveal if the break-in suspect is Newbold, Bethel or Lindsay.

After being arrested in Abaco, Lindsay, Bethel and Newbold were flown to Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas where they were jailed.

Robert and Lindsay were due in the Thomas County Superior Court in Thomasville on July 20, 2023 each with counterclaims against the other.

Lindsay, Bethel and Newbold were not required to enter a plea when they appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley in Nassau on July 28, 2023.

On October 5, 2023, the three suspects will return to court.
