Yvonne Nelson has taken radio stations on in her recent tweet.
Few weeks back, she complained about her colleagues in the industry.
According to Yvonne Nelson, the industry is full of hate, no support for each other. She noted that after producing a movie, one needs to remind them before they share the fliers on their social media pages.
Her comment got reactions from her colleagues who feel she is not in the right position to complain about others when she does not support anyone.
Taking to Twitter August 27, 2020, Yvonne Nelson said the big radio stations in Ghana take money to promote positive materials but promote negativity for free.
She added that the entertainment shows only degrade the female entertainers.
“In my country, radio stations (usually the big names) will take money from you to promote your WORKS/WINS and turn around and promote negativity for FREE. Entertainment shows are full of degrading women in the business,” she said in her tweet.
