Ghanaian rap sensation, Michael Owusu Addo known worldwide as Sarkodie has cleared the air on his latest single ‘Ofeetso’ and has established that it isn’t a diss song to Shatta Wale.
Sarkodie and Shatta Wale had everything going on smooth for them as far as friendship was concerned until the relationship hit rocks several months ago resulting in a diss song from Sarkodie titled ‘Advice’. Shatta subtly throws shades at Sarkodie from time to time and ever since Sarkodie’s single ‘Ofeetso’ came in, music lovers have suggested it is a diss song to Shatta Wale.
In a short interview after his Ashiaman to The World Concert held by Stonebwoy over the weekend, the rapper reinstated that he didn’t record the song to diss Shatta and said it is a song every music lover relates to. “it’s a good song. It’s just a song everybody can relate to”, he said.
On his current relationship with Shatta Wale, the rapper said he is lost in what the relationship really is and might need a little time to fish out what exactly is the problem. “ I don’t know what it is but we definitely have to straighten a few things up”, he said.
Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert comes off on the 25th of December at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center, Accra and tagged the ‘Unstoppable Edition’.
