NDC To Punish Sammy Gyamfi For Attacks On Bagbin? – Asiedu Nketiah Hints

The General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has hinted that the Party may sanction the National Communications Officer of the Party, Sammy Gyamfi over comments he made against the right honorable speaker of Parliament.

Sammy Gyamfi, in the wake of Parliament’s approval of Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Hawa Koomson, and Dr Afriyie Akoto, accused the leadership of the minority caucus of betraying the cause of the NDC.

Sammy Gyamfi also accused the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin of betraying the NDC after the Party fought to put him on his seat.

However, speaking to Umaru Sanda Amadu on Citi TV, Mr Asiedu Nketiah said the Party hierarchy has taken note of Sammy Gyamfi’s attacks on the Speaker.

According to General Mosquito, even though he believes Sammy Gyamfi’s comments were made out of ignorance, leadership is taking steps to deal with him at the Party level.
