Natalia Fort Sues Chris Vincent And 6 Other Media Houses To Court
News caster with Media Generale’s TV3 Network, Natalie Fort has sued blogger Chris Vincent Agyapong and six other media houses to court over alleged defamation against her
Chris Vincent Agyapong some weeks ago broke a story on the news caster alleging that she is pregnant with a child without knowing who the actual father of the baby is.
The blogger further went to state that the news caster has taken a year’s leave without pay in order to take care of her pregnancy.
The news caster came out to debunk the claims stating that she took her leave to pursue higher education and is not pregnant. She threatened to take action against the publishers for making those claims.
In a summon from an Accra High court dated September 4th, Natalie Fort insists Chris Vincent Agyapong’s Ghana Celebrities and other media houses namely Ghana Web, Yen Ghana, GH Page, Ghana Slayers, Netbuzz Africa and Peace Fm Online should retract defamatory statements made against her and further restrain them from publishing further defamatory statements.
She is further seeking damages, including special, aggravated and exemplary damages for libel if the case may seem fit.
