Contrary to reports that musician, Mzbel has been arrested by the Police, her lawyer, Mr. James Abiaduka, has debunked such reports.
Speaking to Hitz103.9FM, her counsel clarified that his client was only invited and not arrested. He stated that Mzbel is out on bail after penning her statement.
He also noted that the Police are investigating the matter and his client is assisting in that regard.
On whether there are plans to tackle the matter out of court and the security service, he intimated that, they are working on it.
Mzbel was invited by the Police for what they call, spreading of false news. She is on record to have stated in an interview that award-winning broadcaster, Stacy Amoateng, has contracted HIV, an information told her by Prophet Nigel Gaisie.
