Matt Canada has become a household name among football fans since making a career coaching the Maryland Terrapins, LSU Tigers, Pittsburgh Panthers, NC State Wolfpack, Wisconsin Badgers, Northern Illinois Huskies, Butler Bulldogs, Indiana Hoosiers and Pittsburgh Steelers.
While he’s a highly successful coach, he is also a serious family man with two children but not with his current wife, Erin Canada.
Matt was previously married to Michelle Fariello, the mother of his two kids, Tori and Chris Canada.

Tori graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and image management.
In August 2018, Canada joined the Carolina agency as a Public Relations Account Executive.
She was responsible for researching national campaigns, developing weekly media pitches, and reconstructing the website, logo, and tagline for the Columbia Parks and Recreation Association.
Currently, she is working at Edelman Smithfield, a “global financial communications boutique that specializes in the financial markets and strategic situations,” according to her LinkedIn profile.
Chris Canada: Matt Canada’s son
Chris Canada, Matt’s son, is following in his father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in football coaching.
Currently, he is as an offensive graduate assistant at the University of Cincinnati.
Chris played ball for the Varsity football team.
He played as a Quarterback and wore the no. 8 jersey.
Chris’s passion for football was ignited at an early age, spending countless hours watching his father coach and strategize.
As Chris embarks on his coaching journey, he is guided by his father’s unwavering support and mentorship.
