Omar Alexander Cardenas (born March 23, 1995) in California, United States is one of the FBI’s most wanted.
He is wanted for murder and for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and is suspected by authorities to have fled to Mexico in order to avoid arrest.
Cardenas was the 528th fugitive to be placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
He replaced Eugene Palmer, who was removed from the list without being captured.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his capture.
Cardenas is known to go by the alias Dollar.
In 2022 Special Agent Michael Alker, who is investigating the case for the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office said: “He is not only a risk to the public, but he may also have information related to other violent crimes.”
Alker described Cardenas to be of large physical appearance and wears glasses, but he varies his hairstyle and facial hair.
He said: “He normally wears thick prescription glasses and has at least one tattoo,”

The FBI has warned the public that Cardenas should be considered armed and dangerous.
