Reports a few days ago indicated that Becca’s husband had called her mother-in-law a witch and has brainwashed the singer to cut ties with her.
The singer’s mother, Julie Yiadom-Oti to added insult to injury when she granted an interview to Ghanaian UK-based Blogger, Chris Vincent Agyapong.
According to the singer’s mother, the Nigerian husband of her daughter is a thief and is only interested in Becca’s finances; hence the reason he has sidelined her from seeing her own daughter.
Well, Becca has finally and officially break silence on the matter after many have craved for her response.
Reacting to the above issue in an exclusive interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Becca opted not to speak on the issue on the basis of putting out family matters into the public domain stating that her mother’s action was a mistake and to respond to this in the media or the public domain will not make things right.
“The woman in question is my mother and I will never under any circumstances sit on any platform to talk about my mother; I love my mother so much” Becca declined.
According to Becca, it is very inappropriate in the first place to have a discussion about her mother asking the public to desist trolling her mother because it is a family matter and will be addressed in the confines of the family system.
“It’s unfortunate that this has come out in the first place because it should not have come out at all but when mistakes are done you don’t top it up with another mistake that is why I’m not going to open my mouth to talk about it”. She explained.
