Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye has stated that she acquired most of her assets before she campaigned for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) prior to the 2016 elections.
The actress made this assertion in an interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz Fm on Monday.
Tracey Boakye threw her weight behind Ex-President John Mahama prior to the 2016 elections and was part of the many celebrities who campaigned for the former.
As monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the actress turned producer in a reply to whether most of her assets were acquired with cash given to her for her campaign works said she got most of her assets through hard work and it was prior to her campaign for the NDC.
The actress added that she has a salon, a restaurant and a delivery service which gives her money aside the fat amount she makes from her movies. She added that she has only produced 2 out of a total of 14 movies which she has to her credit. “I have a salon, restaurant and a delivery service. After I campaigned for the NDC, I have produced only 2 movies”, she said.
The actress disclosed that she loves the NDC as a political party and will do anything for the party. She added that she still goes about her daily routine and is not bothered about negative remarks directed to her.
