Ghanaian rapper and boss of Black Avenue Music, David Blackmore known in real life as D Black has gone hard on colleague rapper Tinny and advised him to do good music and promote it instead of picking feuds with his colleague artistes, insisting he will make more waves with that.
The BET Awards nominee made this statement in an interview with Accra based Hitz Fm.
Some few weeks ago, Tinny named Kwaw Kesse and D Black as his ‘wackest’ rappers in Ghana today, a statement that didn’t sink too well for Kwaw Kesse. Ever since, the two have been on each other’s necks with war of words in interviews and on social media with D Black yet to officially make a statement.
As monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the Personal Girl hit maker who didn’t seem too happy with Tinny alleged that Tinny messaged him and Kwaw after the interview asking them to make use of the news and make hit songs for hype. He stated that it was childish for him to do that. “He messaged me and Kwaw also tweeted that he did same to him. I’m sorry but that’s childish. Create good songs and promote your songs and one of them will blow.”
He explained that he was with Kwaw Kesse when he had to rap after studio sessions so he could get transportation, a hustle he respects so much and for him to have made his way to the top by winning artiste of the year at the VGMAs and made international waves makes his hustle too great to be disrespected.
On whether he has seen Tinny after he said that in his interview, D Black said he hasn’t and doesn’t need to. He added that he sent Tinny some harsh messages telling him how childish his act was.
