The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a crash in Talladega County after a man was killed after being thrown from a motorcycle.

On October 10, at approximately 6:25 am, 29-year-old Cody S. Hester was driving a 1994 1994 Harley Davidson FLTCU Ultra Tour Glide CL motorcycle when he was struck by a Dodge pickup truck, driven by 63-year-old Major J. White.

Hester lost control of his motorcycle and drove off the roadway into a ditch, and then struck two trees. He was thrown from his motorcycle and pronounced dead on the scene.

The incident occurred on Alpine Winterboro Road in Talladega County.
