Edem has said that artiste in Ghana including himself are hungry but are not coming out to say it because of reasons best known to them.
Over the past years, a number of artistes, with Shatta Wale leading the loud campaign have openly stated how rotten the structures in the music industry is and how Ghanaian artistes are living a life of lie because they receive less than they should from their music.
Taking his rant to twitter, rapper Edem has finally come out to make certain revelations in the Ghanaian music industry which suggest the same argument. According to the Ewe rapper, the system fails to pay artistes their deserved royalties, leaving artistes, producers and even djs broke. He noted that if care is not taken, many artistes will end up very broke like their predecessors. Some of his rants are as follows;
