Andrew Amer (born on March 9, 1961 ) is an an American lawyer based in New York city.

He represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of insurance, reinsurance, international arbitration, bankruptcy, products liability and law firm defense.
Andrew Amer litigation experience draws heavily upon his engineering background; he frequently represents clients in disputes that are principally dependent on technical knowledge in the fields of science and technology such as those involving radiation exposure, medical devices, prescription drugs, asbestos and environmental pollution.
